New homes for Scotts Wood Park, Bushey

Griggs Homes has recently submitted an Outline planning application for the development for new homes and significant open space to Hertsmere Borough Council.

The proposals will create and inspire a vibrant community that encourages economic growth, social interaction, which is achieved through a sensitively designed scheme.

By showing your support for the development it will demonstrate to the Council and members that this scheme should come forward.

The proposals have been developed in consultation with planning officers and the local community and will make available space that has been previously private land. The proposals will enable high-quality and affordable housing to come forward to enable residents to stay in an area they call home, get onto the housing ladder, move into a bigger family home or downsize.

A community, health and well-being hub is proposed to serve the residents of North Bushey helping to improve healthcare facilities in the local area and reduce pressures on existing facilities. In addition to this, significant open space and a community park is also proposed for all to use and enjoy.
